Safety Commitment

At Scott’s Wildlife Adventures, we follow strict safety procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for every guest. Our tours are conducted in accordance with marine safety regulations and best practices for wildlife viewing.

Vessel Safety Standards

Our vessel is regularly inspected and maintained to meet Canadian marine safety requirements. All safety equipment is on board and checked before each tour.

• Life jackets for all passengers
• Marine communication and navigation systems
• First aid equipment
  
• Emergency procedures and briefings

Wildlife Viewing Guidelines

We follow responsible wildlife viewing practices to protect whales, bears, and other marine life. Our guides maintain safe distances and minimize disturbance to ensure natural animal behavior.

Guest Responsibilities

For everyone’s safety, guests are required to:

• Follow all instructions from guides and crew
• Remain seated or hold designated areas while underway
• Wear safety equipment when instructed
• Act respectfully toward wildlife and other guests

Weather & Sea Conditions

Tours are subject to weather and sea conditions. In rare cases where conditions are unsafe, tours may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled to ensure guest safety.

Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed, as animals are wild and unpredictable. Scott’s Wildlife Adventures is not responsible for personal items lost or damaged during tours.
